  • Operational systems and connected infrastructure

Nothing within these terms transfers ownership of IOX intellectual property unless explicitly agreed in writing.

AI-Assisted Functionality

Certain IOX platforms or services may include AI-assisted capabilities designed to support operational workflows, analysis, benchmarking, forecasting or connected decision-making. AI-assisted outputs are intended to support informed decision-making and operational efficiency, but do not replace appropriate professional judgement, governance processes or project-specific review by qualified stakeholders. While IOX aims to apply appropriate validation, oversight and governance measures, users remain responsible for reviewing outputs and determining their suitability within the context of specific projects, organisations or operational decisions.

Platform Availability

IOX aims to maintain reliable and secure platform operations, however uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed at all times.

Platform access may occasionally be affected by:

  • Maintenance activities
  • Infrastructure upgrades
  • Security measures
  • Third-party service interruptions
  • Operational or technical issues outside reasonable control

IOX reserves the right to modify, improve, suspend or discontinue platform functionality where appropriate.

Users must cooperate with applicable security requirements, operational procedures and access controls implemented by IOX or authorised client organisations. Any suspected vulnerabilities, misuse or security incidents should be reported promptly through appropriate IOX contact channels.

Third-Party Services & Integrations

Certain IOX services may integrate with or rely upon third-party systems, providers or infrastructure environments. IOX is not responsible for the availability, functionality or policies of independent third-party services outside its direct operational control. Third-party services remain subject to their own applicable terms, policies and operational conditions.

Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IOX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or business interruption-related losses arising from the use of its platforms, services or connected systems. IOX platforms and services are provided to support operational workflows and informed decision-making, but users remain responsible for appropriate professional review, governance and project-specific judgement. Where IOX is liable, its total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the relevant user in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or such other limit as may be agreed in writing.

Confidentiality & Responsible Use

Users may encounter commercially sensitive, operational or project-related information while using IOX platforms or services. Such information must be handled responsibly and must not be disclosed, reproduced or distributed without appropriate authorisation. Confidentiality obligations may also be governed by separate contractual or project-specific agreements where applicable.

Changes To These Terms

IOX may update these Platform Terms periodically to reflect operational, technical, legal or platform-related changes. Where material changes are made, IOX will provide reasonable notice through IOX websites, platforms or associated digital channels prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of IOX services following notification of updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by applicable law.

Governing Law

These Platform Terms are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
